Legal
Privacy policy.
Last updated: January 2026. This is a working privacy policy for the KudiGrid pilot period.
1. What data we collect
We collect your name, email address, and the data you enter into KudiGrid — including group details, meter readings, expense records, payment proof, and dispute records. We do not collect payment card data directly.
2. Why we collect it
Your data is used to operate the KudiGrid platform — to enable group billing, member management, shared ledgers, and dispute tracking. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Who can see your data
Data within a power group (readings, bills, expenses, payments, disputes) is visible to all members of that group. KudiGrid platform administrators can access data for support and moderation purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data storage
KudiGrid stores data using Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL platform. Data is stored in servers in the European Union. Row-level security policies restrict data access at the database level.
5. Authentication
We use Supabase Auth for authentication. You can sign in with Google or email and password. We do not store your Google credentials. OAuth tokens are managed by Supabase.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required for legitimate purposes. If you delete your account, your personal profile data will be removed. Group billing records may be retained for audit purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at hello@kudigrid.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Cookies
KudiGrid uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. We will notify users of material changes. Continuing to use KudiGrid after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
